Airline check-in desks are located at the western end of the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport terminal. Opening and closing time for check-in varies per airline so please confirm details with your carrier prior to arrival. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport recommends that you allow plenty of time for check-in and security procedures.
You are permitted to drop off passengers and accompanying baggage at the terminal kerbside. However, due to Aviation Security requirements you must not leave the vehicle unattended at any time. Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to an immediate fine. Attended vehicles can only remain in the drop off area for a maximum of two minutes whilst unloading passengers.
Parking outside the Terminal is not permitted at any time.
