Ground Transport Operators
As one of Australia’s busiest regional airports and the gateway to the Northern Rivers, we welcome applications from commercial ground transport operators who want to service our passengers, including taxis, rideshare, chauffeured limousines, shuttle buses, courtesy vehicles and tour coaches.
All operators need to be registered and approved by Ballina Shire Council before using our ground transport car park.Once you’re approved, you’ll have access to the designated ground transport area, automatic boom gate entry through licence plate recognition, and simple per-departure billing through the Parki portal.

HOW TO APPLY
Becoming a registered operator takes three steps:
Step 1
Complete our Ground Transport Operator application form for Ballina Shire Council to assess and approve.
Step 2
Create your account in the Parki portal to register your vehicles and add payment details.
Step 3
Complete the Ground Transport Licence agreement and return via email to airportcarparking@ballina.nsw.gov.au
